1. Confirm excavator model.

Know the make and model of your excavator, this is the fastest way.

2. Confirm bucket tooth number.

If you don't know the exact model of your excavator, or if you have changed the tooth seat, it is not the original one. You can look at the used bucket teeth. In addition to the trademark, there are letters and numbers which are the correct part numbers of the excavator teeth, or you can calculate them by the style of the adapter and/or pin and cage system.

3. Measurement of tooth cavity size

If you don't know the exact model of the excavator and the bucket adapter has been changed, you can't read the letters on the bucket teeth clearly. You can measure the inner diameter of the tooth cavity. Telling the salesman the size of the tooth cavity is also a common method.
