2. Whether there is oil or water leakage;

3. Whether the engine sound and exhaust color are normal;

4. Whether the charging indicator is off;

5. Whether all parts of the machine are abnormal.

(3). If the excavator is not used in winter, it should be properly kept and maintained. Only when it is used again, the specific maintenance measures are as follows:

1. Clean the dirt on the surface of the excavator and check for loose fasteners.

2. Check whether the antifreeze liquid level and the oil level are normal, check whether the oil quality is normal, and check the antifreeze level of the fuel.

3. If the weather is extremely cold and the excavator has a long downtime, drain the engine's coolant clean. At the same time, in order to prevent the battery from feeding, the battery must be removed and stored in a warm place.

4. Diesel should be changed to -10 to -30 models, depending on the region. The more northward, you must add more-diesel, and also change the diesel filter, and the oil should be replaced with the thick Chemical oil, the oil filter is also replaced, the hydraulic system should be replaced in a timely manner where there is oil leakage, the conditional fuel tank should be well insulated.

5. The heat dissipation system should carefully check whether the hose is aging and broken. If there is a problem, replace it in time because these places are more prone to problems in winter. If there is a condition to provide hot water, the water tank heats the water daily to better start the engine, but you must be careful not to forget to drain the water. The reason why antifreeze is not recommended is that it is more difficult to start the engine in particularly cold areas.
