1. Due to normal maintenance experience, the positions of the rotary pilot handle and ordinary handle have been changed, but the problem has not changed. The handle vibrates and solves the problem.

2. Observe the external safety valve and booster valve on the rotating machine to check for wear and other abnormal conditions. Therefore, to determine whether there is a problem inside the rotating motor, open the motor cover, and then directly check whether the contact surface between the switchboard and the cylinder block is severely worn. At this time, the failure cause of steering vibration can be arbitrarily determined.

3. Blindly replace and reinstall new components, and confirm that the fault still exists. This question is difficult to understand. Recall that no assembly errors were detected during the assembly process. However, in order to solve this problem, only the rotating electrical machine was disassembled for inspection, and no other problems were found after opening, and there was no problem in assembly.

4. After reassembling the parts, a small gap was found in the seal below the rotating mechanical brake cylinder, but suddenly it was found that this was the root cause of the failure.

Troubleshooting and analysis:

After replacing the seal under the mechanical brake cylinder, reinstall the testing machine. It can work normally, and the handle will not shake. Many people do not know why the small gap in the seal will shake the handle.

Now we know how the vibration motor releases the mechanical brake and lowers the safety lock. The mechanical brake releases 4 MPa of pilot pressure and pushes the brake piston against the spring force.

If there is clearance or wear at the seal, the brake cylinder will not be sealed and the braking time will be longer. When the rotation starts, the brake is not fully released, so the spring vibrates for a while, and the braking time stops after the rotation stops. Shortening has little effect and will cause jitter.
